Todd likes to build things. When he is not building teams or building companies, Todd enjoys building or fixing machines, cars, prototypes or software apps. 

Todd is curious. He likes to take things apart and put them back together again. He combines good ideas to invent something new.

Todd thrives on innovation. He is an early-adopter of new technologies, and he enjoys staying abreast of disruptive trends in machine learning and quantitative analytics.

Todd is a founding General Partner of Nations Ventures. He enjoys advising entrepreneurs in matters of financing and ways to bootstrap early-stage growth, and in particular he is always on the lookout for opportunities for global expansion.

Todd has held numerous leadership positions in the financial services industry, including CIO of a leading risk hedging company; Head of Product Management of an asset management firm, and CEO of his own start-up hedge fund. Throughout his career, Todd has demonstrated his analytical expertise in risk management and deal design. Todd earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees with distinction at Stanford University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his MBA at the Harvard Business School. Todd is an active Board member of the CQA, the preeminent association of quantitatively oriented investment management professionals worldwide.
